As a user I would like to be able to filter only by the Title of a record. Essentially have a filter that would search/ query the title. It would be great to just search by description as well.

The goal would be to have the option to filter by just title, or just title and description. Overall just filtering out the files where words may come up but wouldn't be relevant.
