GovTribe AI Automations is now available in beta. Automations let GovTribe AI run work for you on a schedule or when key activity happens in your workspace.

You can create an automation with a prompt, connect it to a project, and choose when it should run. Automations can run when saved searches find new results, when pipeline or pursuit activity changes, when pursuits move stages, or on a recurring schedule.

You can view all automations in one place, search them, run one manually, pause or resume it, and review prior runs. Each automation includes a detail page with its current status, next run time, previous run history, and retry options when something needs attention.

GovTribe now has an in-app Notification Center for important updates. The bell icon shows unread activity, and the notification drawer gives you a central place to review updates without relying only on email or browser alerts.

Notifications are grouped by type, including recommended opportunities, trending opportunities, pipeline activity, GovTribe AI, saved searches, and exports. You can filter by read status, open details, follow action links, and mark notifications as read.

Export-ready notifications now appear in the Notification Center with a direct download action. The notification also reflects that export download links expire after 24 hours.

Pursuit exports now include solicitation numbers and solicitation counts from linked federal contract opportunities, federal grant opportunities, and state/local opportunities. Duplicate solicitation numbers are cleaned up automatically.

GovTribe AI now supports project organization for related conversations and automation work. GovTribe AI projects and automations also appear in global search, making it easier to find prior AI work and recurring workflows.

This release makes GovTribe AI more useful in daily capture work, adds richer ways to act on records, and improves selected opportunity data coverage. It also includes data-quality updates that help customers review more complete opportunity records and supporting materials.

New GovTribe AI conversations can offer tailored starter actions based on the user and workspace context, helping teams begin with relevant prompts instead of a blank page.

GovTribe AI can now suggest practical next actions from supported opportunity, vendor, agency, and capture records, such as deep dives, market research, monitoring, or capture planning.

Users can dictate messages for GovTribe AI, making it easier to ask longer research or capture questions without typing everything out.

GovTribe now has broader support for federal contract vehicle opportunities currently sourced from GSA eBuy, including search, record views, exports, and activity updates for eligible users.

Daily briefings now do a better job of combining recommended opportunities, popular opportunities, and recent capture activity, giving users a more useful snapshot of what deserves attention.

GSA eBuy opportunity processing has been improved to better capture opportunity details and attachments, helping customers review more complete records.

Arizona state and local opportunity processing now captures more detail-page information and attachments, improving the completeness of records customers can review.

GovTribe now includes support for eBuy Opportunities for users who have access to eBuy data. This integration adds a dedicated workflow for discovering, filtering, tracking, and acting on these opportunities within the platform by creating pursuits.

Users will need to have access to eBuy and will need to request eBuy integration be activated on GovTribe.

We’ve improved vendor search and vendor profiles with expanded SBA certification data.

You can now filter vendors using additional SBA certification entry and expiration dates, making it easier to narrow results based on certification timing. We’ve also expanded SBA certification coverage in the vendor index and added SBA capabilities narrative details to vendor pages and highlights.

We’ve added a new way to view credit usage at the user level.

Previously, credit usage was only visible at the account level. With this update, teams can now see a breakdown of credit usage by individual user, making it easier to understand who is using credits, spot trends, and manage usage across the account.

External Files now supports a broader set of source filters, with improved source badges and display for additional contract vehicle source types.

You can now move a stage to a different pipeline (including choosing where it should be placed), directly from the stage menu. This makes pipeline cleanup and reorganization much easier.

We’ve expanded coverage with additional sources for State & Local opportunities. This means more local opportunities surfaced in GovTribe, giving you broader insight into contracts at every level.

Pipeline pickers now show more options (up to 100), so it’s easier to find the right destination in larger workspaces.

SBA 8(a) analysis output is now focused on a standard text report (making results faster and easier to read in-chat)

GovTribe data and research capabilities are now available via our GovTribe MCP server. That means developers and partners can programmatically call a set of documented, LLM-friendly tools to access federal and state/local research, guidance, and results.

When a government agency updates an entity linked to a pursuit (FCO/FCA/FGO/etc.), Zapier will now fire and send clients the related agency updates. This brings Zapier behavior in line with our existing pursuit activity notifications so customers receive timely, consistent updates via their Zaps.

We’ve upgraded the Pursuit page to make managing pursuits faster and more flexible.

You can now select multiple pursuits at once and take action in bulk, no more clicking into each record individually.

Global Search now features an intelligent "Auto" mode that lets GovTribe AI automatically pick the best search approach for your query. You can see which mode AI selected after each search, or manually choose between Keyword and Semantic modes. Your preferred search mode is now saved between sessions, and overall search responsiveness has been improved.

You can now create and update account templates directly from your pipelines, making it easier to standardize workflows across your team.

Linked items now display additional details in an expandable "More" section, giving you quick access to extra information without leaving the page.
