From my seat, I would disagree with removing triage or simply changing pipeline phases. Triage has already proven very useful for us in analyzing opportunities "above the funnel" before bringing them into the funnel at ID or Qual phases. The phases we currently use align with our Shipley process.

The objective of my feature request was simply to add a visual management "flag" so that as we do our pipeline reviews we can flag specific pursuits for more detailed discussion instead of having to review every pursuit in a detailed pursuit view. Once we dive to a specific pursuit discussion, the pursuit level tools for discussion/notes and task assignment work well although we're still challenged with folks recognizing and responding to directed @messages...but that's an internal adoption issue :-)
