Similar to how you can select Not Interested on Opportunities, I would like to see a way to do the same for award records.

The overall goal/ use case is that when reviewing a saved search/ list of potential recompetes, I can filter out (by not interesting or something) records that aren't something we would want to pursue. This would allow a more effective review of the options and prevent duplicate effort.
