Improve Pipeline Template Toggle Visibility

As a user, I would like to have the ability to copy my pipeline (its stages, descriptions) when creating another pipeline so I do not have to manually apply/ adjust any changes.

similarly, it would be nice to have a "copy pursuit" capability. if we are not able to bid on an opportunity for most recent bid cycle, would save time to "copy" the opportunity for a future record instead of recreating and copy/pasting the no-bid record
