As a user, I want alerts that a government document contains CUI before viewing or downloaded in order to prevent any CMMC/Cybersecurity incidents being reported
Managing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is key to maintaining CMMC/NIST government requirements. Sam.gov now has a warning/disclaimer that it may contain CUI. Any CUI requires special handling, especially if access/downloaded onto an environment/laptop that is not properly secured.
CUI documents are either document/file named with "CUI" (which is not consistently done at all) OR
CUI documents contain a "marking" of CUI within the document, in header/footer or other designation within a document. (this is much more prevalent). Having a warning generated by govtribe that a document has such a "marker" of "CUI" within it would really help with managing this information. In fact, if govtribe is storing this documentation, it needs to be in a CUI compliant persistent storage, ie more secured than an average environment.
