as an account owner, I would like the ability to attach/apply files to an entire pipeline. Not just at the pursuit level, as the file pertains to the objective of the pipeline as a whole.

Lucas Mills - Link can be inserted in description text box. Can the description text box be more visible? The only way I can see the pipeline description is to try to edit the pipeline.

Adding files to a Pipeline would be a great feature.
