As a capture manager, I want to keep all relevant files in an easy to find location. The current solution requires uploading, but we often have CUI for FOUO files that we can't upload. Having an ability to enter a URL to a secured share would allow us to host those files out of GovTribe, but still keep them organized and easy to access by clicking the link.
