- GovTribe AI can now connect to approved external tools so conversations and automations can work with files, email, calendars, chats, and documents outside GovTribe.
- Customers can open Connected Tools from the GovTribe AI composer plug button, Manage Connectors, Settings > Connectors, or the direct Connectors route.
- Connected tools can be turned on or off per chat from the composer plug menu.
- Newly connected tools are enabled for future chats by default, and GovTribe remembers the enabled-tool selection for the workspace.
- Automations can use the same connected-tool catalog when a connected tool is enabled before the automation is saved or run.
- Official connector options include SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
- Customers can request a custom connector from the Connected Tools window when the official connector list does not cover the system they need.
