System Improvements

Enhanced the quality of search results when using quotes for exact matching on Federal Contract Opportunities, Federal Grant Opportunities, Federal Contract Awards, & Federal Contract IDVs. Results with exact matches will now rank higher
Added ability to "Split By" Product and Service Code (PSCs) when using the Funding Analysis on Federal Contract Vehicles
Added ability to see Person's last seen and number of sightings when hovering over Person avatars on Vendors
Added ability to sort by number of sightings from the Vendor’s Enhanced People table
Added ability to search by SAM UEI number & display SAM UEI number on Vendors
Changed the default display of Vendors to display the most recently Featured Vendors first

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue that would occasionally cause people related to a Federal Contract IDV to not display
Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause users to be unable to claim Vendors
Fixed an issue that would cause the Funding Timeline acronym to be incorrectly displayed
